“Rick and his team built our kitchen/diner extension, removed two supporting walls, and fitted the new kitchen. We were initially anxious about taking down walls, but their experience and organised approach made everything feel safe and well managed. They provided a clear quotation, kept us informed, and worked to a high standard with a friendly, “can-do” attitude.”

“Rick’s focus on communication was a key element in my selection of Prime and he lived up to his promises. I understood where the project was at every stage and we talked openly about any challenges and agreed the way forward together. I am delighted with the outcome – it’s just as I imagined it would be.”
